The room was clean and as described on website. Staff was courteous. The breakfast was a disappointment. Dry cereal, scrambled eggs, GREASY sausage and mini waffles. The waffles were horrendous in taste!! No fruit in sight.

When you enter the facility there’s this unpleasant smell that at first I thought it was just me, but the pungent smell was still present after my 2 week stay came to an end. Also, my room had a really distinct smell that I bought a febreze aerosol to make it a bit better. My room wasn’t equipped with a phone or hairdryer!

STAFF WHO CHECKED US IN WAS GREAT, YET THE OVER NIGHT AND MORNING WAS LESS HELPING. ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT BY THE 2ND DAY THERE A DOG IN NEXT ROOM THAT STANK UP THE HALLWAY. SUGGESTION. DOGS SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN HALLWAY.

The first room they gave us, the AC had a high-pitched squealing sound. So they moved us to a second room that had a chemical odor so strong we could not stay in the room. The carpet was still wet from the cleaning. They refuse to move us to an appropriate room, stating we had to pick one of those two rooms. They are only offering a 50% refund. The customer service at this hotel is atrocious!!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if this is how they treat their customers.

Old dirty carpet. Tub and sink drains had the plugs out and sitting in the tub and sink. Plug ins worn. Cords would not stay in them. The tv had to be turned on by an employee and explained on how to use it. The employee was nice about this and prompt.

Liked the location near plenty of stores and restaurants, clean and easy check in, friendly staff. Loud guests fighting in the hall and dogs barking at 3 am was our only complaint.
