Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in this situation. The pictures online are not the same as what you get in real life. Pictures depict a clean, updated environment. Instead you get dirty carpet, holes in the wall, electrical tape in place of transition strip, and a broken TV. At least the AC worked to get rid of the smoke smell.

It’s conveniently located near the performing arts center. It felt safe and clean and the room was spacious though definitely worn and dated. It felt pretty overpriced for the off-season in a suburb.

It was a very noisy evening for a Wednesday. Motorcycles zooming down the street, kids outside making noise, guests loudly arriving, and this is after 11pm.

Asked staff for an ice bucket 3 times before they handed over some sort of bucket that was not an ice bucket. When asked the 2nd time, front desk said he would bring one if he could find one and never followed up. Room had no trash bin. When extended stay, asked the front desk for new sheets and never got any. Saw housekeeping and asked for sheets, but she said the people that had them went home for the day. Fan in bathroom was broken.
