This hotel is in a super ideal location. There are plenty of food/shopping nearby, all of which were walkable. Hotel had super easy parking, access to major roads and public transportation. Staff were all incredibly friendly and willing to help out. Breakfast was delicious and easily exceeded expectations. There were so many options and the hot food was always fresh. Breakfast team was also super nice and on top of replenishing and keeping eating areas clean. The hotel itself was in great condition. There were some minor maintenance issues here and there but with a hotel that get high volumes of traffic, that is excepted. Front desk staff were always incredibly hospitable. Room was clean, housekeeping staff were great! We extended our stay an extra night and it was worth it!

This place is way overdue for a remodel, so many things need to be upgraded. The rooms need new carpet. The colors are 1979 orange, everything works. It’s just very worn down.

Convenient location. Close to shopping, places to eat, and freeway without all the noise. Breakfast was good. The breakfast area was a bit cramped on Sunday, but the other days it was fine. We enjoyed the breakfast and on the weekends it stays open until 10a.m. Major plus after walking around Seattle and Pikes Market all day. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again next trip up to Seattle.

I had an interesting check-in experience where a difficult guest kept the only person at the front desk from helping me check-in. There were at least 5 other staff members that watched me wait for quite some time. I found a $1.OO charge on my credit card from La Quinta during my stay that doesn't yet have an explanation.

The Hotel was clean. The elevator was a bit rickety. The water from the shower was completely black and red and unusable. When we went to check out, we waited over 10 minutes for a Receptionist to show up, we brought up the water issue and she told us there was water mains work being done in the neighbourhood. We were not notified of this at all and really needed the clean water for a shower we didn’t get to have.

AC did not work, room was filthy with mold. The room had a bad odor. We checked out after the first day. Reached out to Expedia for a refund and you did nothing. The hotel said we would get a receipt and refund from Expedia and Expedia customer service gave us the run around. I am reporting this to our credit card company and the Attorney General’s office. We are still owed 3 days refund from Expedia! Shame on you!
