This was our first night planned for staying ended up getting a room the next night too. But first night it was somewhat loud as there were people out in the hallway and outside our windows yelling. Our room for the most part was clean besides the spider that was squished and left in the wall and our bedsheets hadn’t looked like they were changed but my boyfriend thought I was paranoid lol. I was thankful I brought my own blankets and pillows and that I was so exhausted

Black mold in the bathroom around the sink and the shower was a lot of pink mold. Bed and couch not comfortable. People coming in for the breakfast buffet off the street, harassing people staying here. Very loud people staying all around us. Fine for maybe a night but otherwise I'd skip it.

Staff seemed kind. Room was mediocre for one night. THE AREA IS NOT SAFE ESPECIALLY FOR SOLO TRAVEL!! My boyfriend and I were asleep (around midnight) and heard what we believed to be young kids playing around in the hallway. Upon inspection it was noted to be a man who was there for a one night stand who was causing a VERY LOUD scene in the hallway. When said high man was in the hallway being extremely loud a lady across the hall from us opened her door to ask them (believed to be children) to be quiet and said high man pushed his way through her door beginning a horrific fight with her husband. The fight made its way to the hallway and a large police presence eventually showed up. The sliding doors to get into the hotel are locked after 9pm, which is theoretically a good idea bu

Would help to have some guide in operation of televisions and for comcast to give better warning when they going mess with the cable in the place. I missed out on the Seahawks 49rs playoff game cause couldn’t be received in my room And the eggs and hashbrisns at breakfast are way too dry to be edible, cook needs to do better.

The room itself had furniture door & dresser with broken or chipped areas. It was mentioned that there was someone in front desk 24hrs. Not correct. I was there in the mornings no one was there. Their fire alarm went off due to something happening in the kitchen. They never announced it to the residents there. Ppl including myself got scared. It was nothing to be alarmed about. The food selection was very limited. I was there for 8 days. Half of the time I didn’t want to eat what they had same thing everyday.
