Property is need of touchup and repairs. This was a problem for me. When I found the drapes/curtain rod coming off the wall upon my arrival, I immediately took photos and sent to the owner, as I did not want to be held responsible. Finding the this, I thought what else might be previously damaged. Then I found other things that were slightly damaged and need attention from the owner. I sent pictures of everything damaged to the owner. This is disappointing because.... when an owner (I own a business too) says "My product is ready for consumption", it is an understanding that the product is ready (free of blemishes), and in return, money is exchanged. In business, I refer to this state of mind as "Pride in Ownership"; and based on my visit, that state of mind was lacking.
