The Gold-apt hotel had plumbing problems and thus sent us to a other apt-hotel called "Patagonia" which was nearby. The second night at "Patagonia" we returned to the hotel about 7pm. The entrance door was locked and no one answered the doorbell. We also called the phones listed on their card, but no one answered. We stood there about 30 min until finally another guest came downstairs to open the door for us.Another half hour later the owner returned saying that he had to go out shopping. We consider this behavior unacceptable. It is dangerous to stand alone outside at night with our bags. Such behavior should be sanctioned Standing outside, we called the Gold Apt Hotel, and they offered to call the owner of Patagonia but never called me back.

Günstig gelegen zum Stadtzentrum und zu einem Supermarkt mit Schnellrestaurants. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Geschäftsführer, der sich persönlich um die Gäste kümmert, Fragen beantwortet und Ratschläge gibt. Ideal für kleine Reisegruppen (Apartments verfügbar mit jeweils drei Doppelbett-Schlafzimmern, Aufenthaltsraum und Küche).
