This property is the best hotel I have stayed in Tacloban City. It is located right next to Robinson's Mall providing guests with a safe environment and an unlimited dining and shopping options. Front desk staff were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The property is older, but well kept and very clean. Rooms were quite large and overall a quiet location. It was really nice to have a Robinson's Mall next door as it rained quite a bit whilst we were visiting.

The hotel is nice and located across from mall less than minute from the hotel’s lobby. The WiFi is good and good AC. The property does need to be repaired a bit. The electric lock on the door was loose, multiple cracks in the walls and AC housing ceiling was pulling apart and the bathroom sink had a small hole in the sink. Overall a good stay but like I said needs to be maintained a bit more.
