Everything was perfect The room decoration is made with traditional tunisian design. The scene is breat taking facing the old castle of Tabarka. The staff is amazing and so helpful.

Très mauvaise expérience — établissement à fuir Suite Signature avec terrasse et vue mer réservée plusieurs mois à l’avance pour 2 nuits… et à l’arrivée, on nous met dans un simple studio sans terrasse avec vue jardin. Motif du propriétaire : un autre client a prolongé son séjour. Donc notre réservation confirmée n’a tout simplement pas été respectée. Inadmissible. Aucune solution proposée, aucun geste commercial, alors que le prix payé est totalement excessif pour la prestation reçue. Le lendemain, même désorganisation au petit déjeuner : seulement 2 tables pour plusieurs chambres, attente imposée. Après 15 minutes, nous sommes partis sans déjeuner. Lorsque nous avons demandé de ne payer que la nuit sans le petit déjeuner non pris, le propriétaire a refusé avec une arrogance hallucinante et un mépris total du client. Entre chambre non conforme, absence de professionnalisme, sens commercial inexistant et comportement détestable, cet établissement est une énorme déception. Ne vous fiez pas aux bonnes notes : rapport qualité/prix catastrophique. À fuir.
