The shower screen was not sealed properly and water was trickling down by the wall underneath the sink making a puddle in which I slipped. This is a safety hazard and makes it look unclean. The wooden furniture , doorframe etc showed signs of aging.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage von Szeged. Der Check-In war gut und das Zimmer groß und angenehm. Wasserkocher, bequemes Bett und ein großes Bad. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und es war alles da ! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen

Nem volt vasalo, hogy kivasalhassam a ruhaim. a 3500 forint per ruhat a szolgalatert pedig tulzasnak tartottam. sok ruham volt a borondben, es harom napra allandoan lehordani a pulthoz meg varni ra, meg masban bizni, hogy nem egeti ki... mashol se egnek le hotelek evtizedek ota attol, hogy adnak vasalot... vagy legalabb tegyek lehetove, hogy az ember kivasalhassa valahol maganak... akar lent a mosodaban... a vilagban 43 orszagban jartam tobbszaz hotelben es meg eddig sehol nem volt ez a problema es en se egettem le senki szallodajat. :)

Fabulous little gem of a hotel in the middle of town. You can pretty much walk anywhere. The wine festival was just around the corner. Impressive buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options and a perfect espresso. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

Receptionist need hospitality training

The hotel is ok and it should be qualified as a 3* . Good location , clean and just in need of a refurbish like carpets, etc.. I had two issues during my stay. The first one is that the two teenager girls at the reception were unpleasant and pretentious, thus ruining the rest of the stay. Also, they claimed the hotel was full and even that I booked a long time ago and arrived early, I was given a bad room that was suitable for a person with disability. The shower was terrible and there was water all over after a shower. It looked like a hospital bathroom. But again, I would have looked to this differently if wasn't for the terrible reception (not even a good afternoon !!! Come on)

Had a spillage during check in process and was offered no help at all, other than handing me a roll of paper towels to mop up the floor. Room not particularly clean. Main door had tendancy to not lock shut unless pulled hard - a bit of a worry if cleaning staff just let the door close behind them ( might not be locked). Food average at best. Very little english language tv. Luckily only there two nights, and no chance I'd ever book again.
