Hotel was clean and the parking was in a good location. The staff was very friendly, although they were stingy when we asked for ice, and would only give us one extra pillow. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. We would definitely return.

This hotel have several problems; like not hot water, dirty bathrooms, undraining baths, not enough breakfast and have bad localization in Szczecin. I do not offer this hotel to anyone, your money would be waste if you make a reservation like me. Nobody helps you in the hotel, I am very dissappointed about this terrrible hotel experience. Please don’t stay in Vulcan Hotel.

Whilst it’s abit from the centre, it’s easy to get to on 2 tram lines that run at frequent times and the stop is outside the hotel. The surrounding area may be industrial however the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms well equipped and tidy. Check in was fine , there’s a bar and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing with a massive range of things and included. Would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. But quite far away from the downtown. Advantage is that the tram stop is located in front of the hotel. Also small supermarket.

Genuinely polite and kind Staff

I stayed at Vulcan Hotel in Szczecin for one night during my trip around Poland. The location of the hotel is next to a shipyard and there is a tram stop outside the entrance of the hotel. The view of my room was towards the shipyard with cranes, machinery and buildings and I really liked it. I had a double bed room which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The only issue for me was that the walls and doors are not sound proof so I could listen noise from other guests who were not respectful of the late hours. Breakfast is served at the restaurant next to the lobby and was delicious with many options even for vegans. The staff at the reception and the restaurant was just AMAZING. So authentically polite and kind people without wearing the mask of professionalism. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely return.

Die Gäste verlagerten jeden Abend ihre Partys in den Flur, bis spät und extrem laut. Meine Beschwerden bei der Rezeption wurden mit Patzigkeit behandelt. Der Egoismus der Leute ist die eine Sache, die andere jedoch Probleme zu ignorieren . Ich war schon sehr unzufrieden hier: keine Heizung im Winter. Jetzt muss ich mir noch merken: extrem hellhörig.

Sehr lautes Zimmer durch die Nähe zur Straßenbahn, wir hatten das letzte Zimmer im Flur, bis dahin reicht das W-lan nicht, man muss auf dem Flur sitzen, wenn man es möchte. Von der Lage her abseits und nicht einladend, war bekannt. Frühstück war gut, der Raum spartanisch, keine Decke oder Platzdeckchen. Ich persönlich bevorzuge dann doch andere Unterkünfte in Stettin, da wir öfter dort sind. Es war ein Versuch.
