Villa del Mito is a beautiful villa with private swimming pool situated in a splendid sea front position, on the hedge of the Plemmirio marine protected area, near Syracuse. Located just a few steps from the sea and rocks below, this exclusive property is surrounded by a well-tended garden with lawn, by spacious terraces and a veranda equipped with outdoor kitchen and dining area (kitchenette, oven, fridge and bbq). Consisting of two housing units, Villa del Mito features cosy interiors furnished with both taste and comfort in mind, equipped with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine and dishwasher. The main house includes a large living room, a small kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The close annexe houses 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom. Villa del Mito is an excellent base to reach easily Syracuse’s historic centre and the lovely sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche. A short drive away are also the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica and Scicli, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Mount Etna and Taormina.

Peaceful Paradise!

The property and the house are simply outstanding. The pictures do not do it justice!It was so lovely, we hardly wanted to leave to go touring around Sicily. The property is newly renovated with a gorgeous outdoor kitchen (where we spent most of our time) and lovely chairs overlooking the water and coastline. Views of Ortigia/Siracusa and Mt Etna in the distance. The beds were very comfortable, furnishings great, well equipped kitchen. Communication and support from the property manager was excellent. So peaceful here. So beautiful!
