Exclusive seafront villa, located on the shores of Fontane Bianche, a well-known beach resort in eastern Sicily. Overlooking a rocky beach, the villa has a private pool and private access to the sea and the rocks below. It is close to shops, banks and restaurants and within driving distance of Catania, Taormina, Syracuse and Noto, Modica, Ragusa-Ibla. It is also an ideal starting point for visiting the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile.

The 500 square meter villa develops over two levels.

From the entrance on the ground floor, you enter a large living space with two seating areas (with comfortable sofas and an ornamental fireplace), a dining area (with table and chairs) and a study with library. Next to the dining area you will find a large well-equipped kitchen (with tables and chairs) with a larder and laundry room. There is also one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one twin bedroom (with single beds), one bathroom (with shower) and a guest bathroom (with toilet and basin).

Stairs in the living area lead to the first floor where you will find a master bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower), one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with single beds) with en-suite bathroom (with shower). Stairs take you up to the loft where you will find a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa is set in a large garden with a heated swimming pool (heated up to 26° and included in the price; 12 m x 6 m; depth 1.2 m – 2.8 m; open 01/03 to 30/11). There is a veranda (with tables and chairs) where you can dine ‘Al fresco’, a sun terrace around the pool (equipped with chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas) and a large grassy area where you can relax in the sun.
