On the ground floor, a welcoming living room opens into a large kitchen equipped with a dining table, offering direct access to a terrace of 18 m2. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities, along with an 80-litre boiler serving the level. On the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, an entrance hall leads to the sleeping quarters. 2 double bedrooms are available, each offering access to a balcony of 8 m2. A third room features sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 140 to 220 cm and is furnished with 2 beds behind a curtain partition. The upper floor is served by a second bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a 50-litre boiler. An additional terrace of 13 m2 is also accessible from this level.
