A cozy 58-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The property is situated in the historic district of Santa Lucia, just a short walk from the basilica of the same name and the sea. The beautiful island of Ortigia is about 1.5 km away.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two small balconies.

The accommodations are laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, oven, microwave, various kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), dining table, flat-screen TV, and sofa;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and open closet;

- BEDROOM II with a single bed;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- TWO SMALL BALCONIES.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split units in the living room and master bedroom), washing machine (in the bathroom), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of your stay, up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night, for up to 7 consecutive nights).

We require this procedure to verify your information and documents and to submit the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Syracuse Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; and completing registration is REQUIRED in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and access the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via a keybox on-site.

If you encounter any problems, telephone support will be available until 10:00 PM.



If you would prefer to have the keys handed to you by a member of our staff at the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee of:

- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;

- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros.



The apartment is located in the historic Santa Lucia neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the main points of interest and about a 5-minute drive from Ortiga Island, with its waterfront promenade. Strolling through its streets, you can admire centuries of history, splendid palaces, lively trattorias and cafés, as well as monuments such as Maniace Castle, the Aretusa Fountain, the ancient Temple of Apollo, and—absolutely not to be missed— Piazza del Duomo, one of the most spectacular squares in all of Sicily. In the summer, you can swim off the rocks or at some of the small beaches and sunbathing areas along the waterfront.

- FROM CATANIA AIRPORT: You can reach the apartment by taking the ALIBUS service, which connects Catania Airport to Catania Central Station, where you can take the regional train to Syracuse Station, a 20-minute walk from the property.

Alternatively, from the airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Interbus to Syracuse Station.

- FROM SIRACUSA RAILWAY STATION: You can reach the apartment on foot in about 20 minutes, or by taking local buses.
