the room was large and spacious. check in was fast and easy, with approachable and friendly staff. i enjoyed having an ice maker in the room. the bed was comfortable. my only negative was that the shower curtain didn't reach the bottom of the shower, and water continually got on the floor when i took a shower.

My stay at Candlewood Suites East Syracuse was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a full kitchenette, which made it feel like a home away from home. The room was good. The staff are all good. The parking was good. Overall a good experience. One thing missing is a breakfast buffet. We stay over night once a month and changed recently from the Cresthill Suites because they seem to be letting their care of the place falter. I miss their breakfast service.
