Disappointing

Positives - really good location, reasonable price, easy check in process. Apartment was generally clean (apart from what is outlined below). Negatives - The shower head and attached pole are rusted, the grouting in the shower was not clean, the apartment felt a bit shabby. Most significantly, there are no windows other than the small shutter windows on the doors and a small high up window in the second bedroom, so the whole flat felt dingy. This was not apparent from the available photos. Only one toilet roll provided for 4 people for 3 nights, so the first thing we had to do was find a supermarket to buy toilet roll. There was also no wine bottle opener in the kitchen, which is a first when visiting Italy. I also had to buy one of those at the supermarket! The sign on the door had the wrong wifi password and wrong check in time. It was also really cold, even with the air con. We did not want to spend any more time there than absolutely necessary.
