It is situated 6 km from Siracusa city (12 mn' drive), in the country side. Casa Aloe enjoys 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a very bright main room with a modern kitchen that looks on a lovely exclusive individual pool (8x6 metres) and a well kept garden with terrace. It is equipped with air-conditioning, wi fi connection and washing machine.

Fabulous family break

We had a fantastic time in this out of town location, whilst quick and easy to get into town and onto the highway to visit other places. Vanessa (the host) provided excellent information and suggestions for us when we asked.Check in and check out easy and relaxed. We had a fab time! Pool was a delight and super clean as was the whole house.
Pool has three depths so is really safe for smaller and less confident swimmers. Also a small diving board which was a lot of fun!

Great property to stay at - clean, plenty of room, fantastic pool and outside area and well stocked kitchen. You will definitely need a car as no public transport available and about 15 minute drive into Syracuse.

Es war okay! Das Haus und insbesondere die KĂŒche ist sehr spĂ€rlich ausgestattet, es fehlen viele Kleinigkeiten wie Haken im SanitĂ€rbereich oder ein Fegeblech/Handfeger.Das Toilettenpapier darf nicht in die Toilette geschmissen werden, sondern nur in den MĂŒlleimer.Zudem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig.Die ToilettengĂ€nge der FeriengĂ€ste in der oberen Wohnung mussten wir leider miterleben.WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts haben wir bzw. die Ferienhaussiedlung von Vanessa eine Beschwerde wegen LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigung bekommen und spĂ€ter teilte sie mit, dass jemand den MĂŒll nicht richtig getrennt hat und es daher eine 400 Strafe der örtlichen MĂŒllabfuhr gab (absolut lĂ€cherlich, wenn man durch das komplett vermĂŒllte Sizilien fĂ€hrt!)Zudem gab es nochmal den Hinweis zur Entsorgung des Toilettenpapiers!Wir hatten zudem eine wilde Katze im Garten,die ihr GeschĂ€ft stĂ€ndig neben dem Pool erledigt hat.Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, sodass ein Auto Pflicht ist. FĂŒr uns war es unter den genannten UmstĂ€nden kein erholsamer Urlaub. Daher und wegen der vielen vermĂŒllten StrĂ€nde wĂŒrden wir nicht mehr in dieser Region Urlaub machen.

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Der Check in und die Kommunikation mit Vanessa war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, aber man ist mit dem Auto (unbedingt notwendig) in wenigen Minuten in Siracusa, oder in einem der SupermĂ€rkte. Auch die StĂ€dte Noto, Ragusa, oder Marzamemi sind nur etwas mehr als eine halbe Stunde Fahrtzeit entfernt. Wohnung und Garten sind sehr gepflegt, die WasserqualitĂ€t des Pools wir auch wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts geprĂŒft. Vanessa war stets erreichbar und reagierte bei Fragen umgehend. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche könnte ein wenig umfangreicher sein, aber fĂŒr de Zubereitung kleinerer Gerichte reicht sie aus. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung, besonders auch wegen des hohen Maßes an PrivatsphĂ€re, nur weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine erholsame und schöne Zeit in Syracusa erlebt. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung im Inserat. Der ungeheizte Pool ist gross und schön. Er hat zwei Bereiche: ein tiefer Teil zum schwimmen und ein flacher Teil zu relaxen.Zur Lage: entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat: Auto ist erforderlich, Landmaschinenmechaniker nebenan manchmal etwas laut.Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert. Als Willkommensgeschenk hat sie fĂŒr uns einen sehr leckeren Sizilianischen Pastasalat mitgebracht.

Check-in und out Mit der Vermieterin liefen völlig schnell und unkompliziert.Das Haus und der Pool waren in einem guten sauberen Zustand. Einziges Manko waren die zu weichen Matratzen und einige kleine Ameisen in der KĂŒche. Wir wĂŒrden wiederkommen.

Woning voldoet aan de advertentie. Rustig gelegen in de nabijheid van Syracuse. Aangename kennismaking met de verhuurder en veel info over supermarkten en restaurants verkregen bij de check in. Gastvrouw kan je steeds bereiken voor nadere info en eventuele reservaties bij restaurants. Een aanrader.

Un superbe sejour

Annonce et photos correspondant totalement a la maison. Accueil de qualitĂ© avec quelques cadeaux d’arrivee Dont une salade de pĂątes la bienvenue au vu de notre heure d’arrivĂ©e. Emplacement Ă  15 min de Syracuse, maison propre bien entretenue et la piscine privative qui a fait la joie de nos enfants (et de nous). Recommandation sans problĂšme de cette maison.

Bellissima vacanza

La casa Ăš bellissima, nuova, tranquilla, molto accogliente e super accessoriata. Non manca davvero nulla!! Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato acqua fresca e una deliziosa pasta fredda con pomodorini e pesto, dopo un lungo viaggio, Ăš stata una meravigliosa sorpresa :).
