I booked a double room and when my father and uncle checked in they was given a single room when I paid for a double room and it took for me to send my dad a screen shot of the receipt and they changed it the day after which shouldn’t have happd and unacceptable.

The hotel has to get a lot of kudos for the fantastic renovation work! However, they still offer few supplies for those who stay more than one day… one coffee pouch (we were 2 people), two very small bars of soap (the kind hotels used 50 years ago!), 75% of a roll of paper, no Kleenex, and the towels were small (good for kids).
