Sehr schön renoviert und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Einige Kleinigkeiten sind zu verbessern..

Sehr schön renoviert und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Einige Kleinigkeiten sind zu verbessern wie die Wasserhähne, der sehr schwache Wasserdruck der Duschbrause und evtl die Glastüren gegen Holztüren auszuwechseln (man sieht, sobald jemand in einem der anderen Zimmer das Licht anschaltet). Leider haben die Nachbarn oben drüber jeden Abend und jeden Morgen Möbel gerückt, was man lautstark hören musste. Ansonsten eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit sehr gutem Bett und vielen Extras.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, hat ein hervorragendes Lichtkonzept und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kinder (7 und 10) auch. Der Strand und auch die Friedrichstraße sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Mehrfamilienhaus ist nicht so ansprechend, aber mit Betreten der Wohnung ist das auch vergessen.
