Here you’ll find a brightly decorated and spacious vacation home on one level in a quiet yet central location near the beach in Westerland.

A staircase leads you down to the garden level of the Kamperhof. There is a coat closet in the apartment hallway.

From here, you can access all the rooms in the apartment, which were modernized and refurnished in 2025. The entire apartment features a unique lighting design and is filled with natural light.

Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: A spacious living area with a cozy sofa nook, a TV, and a superbly equipped workspace that also allows you to work remotely while on vacation. The large dining area seats six people and is perfect for enjoying meals together. From here, you can access the well-equipped kitchen.

From this room, you can step out onto the semi-covered and thus sheltered terrace facing northwest, which features a small adjoining garden where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The furnished terrace seats four people.

Sehr schön renoviert und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Einige Kleinigkeiten sind zu verbessern..

Sehr schön renoviert und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Einige Kleinigkeiten sind zu verbessern wie die Wasserhähne, der sehr schwache Wasserdruck der Duschbrause und evtl die Glastüren gegen Holztüren auszuwechseln (man sieht, sobald jemand in einem der anderen Zimmer das Licht anschaltet). Leider haben die Nachbarn oben drüber jeden Abend und jeden Morgen Möbel gerückt, was man lautstark hören musste. Ansonsten eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit sehr gutem Bett und vielen Extras.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, hat ein hervorragendes Lichtkonzept und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kinder (7 und 10) auch. Der Strand und auch die Friedrichstraße sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Mehrfamilienhaus ist nicht so ansprechend, aber mit Betreten der Wohnung ist das auch vergessen.
