The cozy sofa area is perfect for relaxing, while the adjacent dining area invites you to enjoy social gatherings—with a direct view of the sunny south/west-facing terrace. Privacy screens ensure you can enjoy peace and privacy here.
The fully fenced-in garden is a paradise for dog owners: your four-legged friend can romp around carefree while you soak up the sun or read a good book. The spacious green area also invites you to sunbathe and unwind. A private sauna is also at your disposal.
