Mare Nostrum 6 Vacation Apartment—close to the beach, close to town, close to relaxation—in short—

Hi there, and welcome to the “Mare Nostrum 6” vacation rental. This cozy one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a small apartment building right near the beach, behind the dunes of Westerland. At 36 square meters, it’s the perfect size for two people. The open-concept kitchen-living room (painted in “Vanilla”) is well-equipped, and you’ll also have access to a private balcony, a reserved parking spot in the underground garage, and a shared washer and dryer. The best part about the apartment building where you’ll be staying is its location: it’s less than ten minutes from the lively downtown area with all its shopping options, quaint pubs, and attractive restaurants. And if you like to swim in the sea before breakfast, you can theoretically “just walk over” to the beach in your swimsuit—it’s less than two minutes away.
Don’t have a Latinum? Admittedly, very few of our residents do either. “Mare Nostrum” means “our sea”; it once referred to the Mediterranean and here on the island stands for a truly attractive apartment building where we manage all 12 units. If you’d like to vacation with several groups, feel free to check the availability of the other “Mare Nostrum” apartments or contact us. With a little luck, we’ll find the perfect combination of vacation apartments for you.
