This cozy one-bedroom vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a small apartment building right by the beach behind the dunes of Westerland—perfect for two people, with 36 square meters of living space. The open-concept kitchen-living room (painted “Vanilla”) is well-equipped, the patio is furnished, and a private parking spot along with a shared washer and dryer are also available. The highlight of the apartment building where you’ll be staying is its location: It’s less than ten minutes from here to the lively downtown area with all its shopping options, quaint pubs, and attractive restaurants. And if you like to swim in the ocean before breakfast, you can theoretically “just walk over” to the beach in your swimsuit—it’s less than two minutes away.
Don’t have a Latinum? Admittedly, very few of our guests do either. “Mare Nostrum” means “our sea”; it once referred to the Mediterranean and here on the island stands for a truly attractive apartment building where we manage all 12 units.
