This lovingly furnished apartment is located in the house atrium, not far from the beach road in Westerland. The Haus Atrium is located in the spa district of Westerland, close to the city and the beach. The two beach crossings Strandstrasse and Brandenburger Strand are each just a 3-minute walk away. The apartment is on the far left in the 1st Upper floor and is oriented to the west. From the living room and balcony you can see the dunes and see the North Sea beyond. The apartment is furnished with love and style and tastefully. There are two built-in cupboards in the hallway. From there you can access the new, modern shower room with body and rain shower. as well as in the two bedrooms. The rear bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, in the front there are two new foldaway beds that can be folded out separately. In the living room, the dining area, a cozy seating area and a flat-screen TV invite you to linger. From the living room you can access a modern kitchen and the west balcony. On the balcony you have balcony furniture. The apartment has a seesaw space, 150 cm high in the underground garage. Internet is included. In the house there is a laundry room with a coin operated washing machine and a coin dryer. Pets are not allowed. Non smoking apartment: Please only smoke on the balcony.
