The light-filled living area, featuring a cozy fireplace, forms the heart of the apartment and invites you to spend cozy hours there. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of your private garden.
The open, stylish dining area and the adjacent high-quality kitchen—complete with a filter coffee maker—are ideal for social gatherings. Your terrace is surrounded by an idyllic, mature garden and, with garden furniture and a cozy beach chair, offers the perfect spot for relaxing in the fresh air.
The basement features two comfortable bedrooms: one room has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds—ideal for families with children.
