The apartment features a lovingly decorated living room in a country house style with a cozy seating area and a dining table for two. A large bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a high-quality built-in closet invites you to dream. A separate small kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a bright bathroom, perfectly round out this apartment. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2019!

The apartment includes a shared garden for both apartments in the building, complete with its own garden furniture and a beach chair for each. A small dog is also welcome in this property (additional fees apply).

Our small neighborhood borders directly on the Tinnum Salzwiesen Nature Reserve, making it ideal for walkers, joggers, and cyclists. So nothing should stand in the way of a stroll along the surrounding fields and hiking trails, as well as a visit to Tinnum Castle (0.5 km) or the beach (2 km). But Friedrichstrasse in the city center (2.5 km) is also just a short distance away.
