This 4-star vacation rental, freshly renovated in 2025 and measuring approximately 50 m², accommodates up to 2 people. Located close to both the town center and the beach in Westerland, it offers high-quality amenities and absolute comfort spread across two rooms. In the living room with an integrated dining area, you’ll find a cozy leather sofa with a pull-out bed (140 x 200 cm), a smart TV, and a designer stereo system. In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a second flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The modern shower room features a bright design. The kitchen, newly installed in 2025, is very well-equipped and features a 4-burner induction cooktop. High-quality dishes, silverware, and cookware round out the kitchen amenities. Feel free to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a view of the garden, complete with patio furniture and a beach chair (in season). Free Wi-Fi, a designated parking space, and a shared washer and dryer are available for your use. Dogs are welcome. Access to the Strandperle is via steps and is therefore not at ground level!
