Location:
The vacation rental is located near the Westerland Aquarium and within walking distance of the Südwäldchen, the dunes, and the beach. By bus, it’s just one stop from the Westerland train station (Bus Line 2 – Lerchenweg stop); the Westerland pedestrian zone is an easy 15-minute walk away.

PLEASE NOTE: The elevator stops on the mezzanine level; there are then about 8 steps to the apartment’s floor.

Size:

2-room apartment, approx. 40 m². For two people (+ possibly 1 child).

Amenities:
The bright living room is modern and inviting, equipped with a CD player, radio, and flat-screen TV, and features a dining area as well as a cozy seating area. The sofa folds out easily and comfortably and can be used as an additional sleeper (e.g., as a child’s bed). On the east-facing balcony, a garden bench and a balcony table invite you to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine. A small, fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, coffee maker, and microwave is accessible from the living room. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The shower room is brand new.
Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Parking space No. 159 on a parking deck diagonally across from the apartment is included with the rental.
A washing machine and bicycle storage room are available in the building.

Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax levied by the respective municipality on Sylt. This tax is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
