Location: on the first floor, separated from the stairwell by a separate hallway

- The modern sleeper sofa easily folds out into a comfortable bed with
a raised sleeping surface
equipped with a cold-foam mattress on a slatted frame (1.50 x 2.00)
- Dining area and fully equipped kitchenette:
with dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment,
coffee maker, tabletop bread maker, toaster, and electric kettle
- Shower room with window, hair dryer, and makeup mirror
- Vacuum cleaner and iron.
Coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the basement of the house.
- Car and bicycle parking spaces (unmarked) on and around the property.
- Pets are not allowed.
