The light-filled living and dining area opens directly onto the large rooftop terrace and is furnished with cozy furniture. Here you can fully enjoy the sunset and the fantastic view of the North Sea. The spacious rooftop terrace is accessible from both the living room and the bedrooms. It offers a fantastic view of the North Sea and is partially covered by a roof. Please note that due to the exposed location and wind conditions on Sylt, we do not provide a beach umbrella. Therefore, no additional sun protection is available.

**SEPARATE KITCHEN FOR UNCOMPROMISED ENJOYMENT**
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and other amenities—ideal for preparing culinary delights.

The bathroom features a modern design and is equipped with a shower, toilet, towel warmer, and hair dryer, ensuring maximum comfort for guests. For longer stays, a shared washer and dryer are available in the building for a fee.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
As an added bonus, the apartment includes a duplex parking space provided free of charge (stacked parking space on the upper level, No. 41) in the building’s underground parking garage. The access ramp to the stacked parking space is relatively steep and, due to the building’s structural layout, more challenging for larger vehicles in particular. It is therefore best suited for drivers who are experienced in navigating tight underground parking garages or stacked parking spaces.
Maximum vehicle dimensions: Height 1.75 m, width 1.90 m, length 4.90 m, maximum total weight 2,000 kg. No SUVs or vans. The distance from the front bumper to the ground must be at least 25 cm. The parking space is offered as a free extra with the apartment. If the guest does not wish to or is unable to use the parking space due to their vehicle or local conditions, we unfortunately cannot offer an alternative parking space. No refund will be issued for non-use of the parking space provided free of charge.
