This 3-room vacation apartment (approx. 70 m²), located near the city and the beach, spans the first floor and the basement. On the bright, light-filled first floor, you’ll find the living and dining area with a sofa and TV. From here, you have access to the terrace with patio furniture and a beach chair (seasonal). Also on the first floor are the fully equipped open kitchen and the guest restroom. A staircase leads down to the basement of the apartment, where the two bedrooms are located. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV, and the second bedroom has two single beds and a TV. The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet, is also on this level. A washer-dryer is available for your laundry. A parking space is available directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed.
