This two-room vacation apartment is located right in the heart of the island metropolis of Westerland. (approx. 70 sqm) on the first floor. An underground parking space and an elevator are available for your use. Through the hallway with a coat closet, you’ll enter the open-concept living and dining area. Here you’ll find a cozy sofa arrangement, armchairs, a TV, and a dining table. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as a microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. Next door is the bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a built-in closet, and another flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the bedroom is a spacious bathroom with a shower.
From the living area, you can access the guest restroom. The vacation rental features a west-facing balcony, which you can access from both the living and bedroom areas and which is furnished with a beach chair, table, and chairs.
