A warm welcome to Lille Hus—though “Lille” is a bit of an understatement, since you’ll find plenty of space here to make your Sylt vacation dreams come true. Design, design, design—wherever you look, you’ll love what you see! Clean lines, yet cozy. Warm colors, but also a cool style. The owners have put a great deal of attention to detail into this place to ensure you have a truly wonderful time on your favorite island.

The stylish and incredibly easy-to-use gas fireplace is, of course, a highlight, as is your fully glass-enclosed sauna in the XXL wellness bathroom, which promises pure relaxation. You’re sure to quickly appreciate your own little garden as well as the central yet secluded location. Everything is within easy walking distance from here—whether it’s breakfast rolls, restaurants, the city center/pedestrian zone, or the beach with its beautiful sea.

So perhaps your vacation home should have been more aptly named “Maxi-Hus.” But as is well known, we up north love a bit of understatement... :-)

Floor plan:

A luxurious, spacious section of a house in a central yet secluded location in Westerland. Approx. 100 sqm of living space across the first floor, basement, and upper floor, accommodating 4 people.

Ground Floor: Stylishly designed living and dining area with a gas fireplace (controlled by remote). Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a sound dock, and a smart TV. Fully equipped luxury kitchen, visually integrated into the living area, with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Sunny west-facing terrace with a small garden, high-quality patio furniture, and a beach chair (available year-round). Guest restroom in the small entryway.

First Floor: Very beautiful master bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed, sitting area, and Smart TV. Adjacent to it is a very spacious, comfortable bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sink.

Basement: In the basement, you’ll find a bright, tastefully decorated room with a box-spring bed, Smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Wellness bathroom with a glass-enclosed sauna, shower, and sink.


A parking space is, of course, available right at the house.
