The living room has two comfortable sofa sets that also serve as additional sleeping space. The kitchen area with the dining area is open to the living room. The decor is very cozy and stylish with many lovely details, including an electric fireplace that exudes a lot of cosiness. The kitchen is of very high quality and fully equipped. The bedroom has a double bed. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower with many functions. In front of the living room is your own, furnished south-facing terrace. A pet can be brought along after consultation. It is a non-smoking apartment. Parking spaces are located on the property. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival
