The light-filled living and dining area combines Frisian charm with state-of-the-art comfort. The large couch and stylish gas fireplace create a welcoming atmosphere. A rustic dining table made of 100-year-old oak is the highlight of every meal. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, including a wine refrigerator and high-quality appliances.

**IDYLLIC GARDEN RETREAT WITH EAST- AND WEST-FACING TERRACES**
The “Koptainshüs Nord” offers two terraces on approximately 650 m² of garden space, facing east and west and furnished with high-quality patio furniture. Here, children have plenty of space to play, and adults can enjoy relaxing hours outdoors.

**BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS**
The three tastefully furnished bedrooms offer the highest level of sleeping comfort and a peaceful retreat for pure relaxation. Two of the bedrooms feature spacious box-spring double beds (200x200 cm) and are equipped with high-quality built-in closets and TVs. Each of these two rooms also has its own adjoining shower room, which—with underfloor heating, natural light, and a hair dryer—is perfectly equipped for relaxing morning and evening routines.
The third bedroom offers plenty of space and comfort with a luxurious king-size box-spring double bed (200x210 cm). Here, too, you’ll find a TV and convenient built-in closets. Another highlight is the exclusive bathroom connected to this room: With a luxurious steam shower, heated floors, and natural light, every stay becomes a little spa experience. Thus, each bedroom offers an ideal retreat that you can enjoy during your stay.

**ADDITIONAL AMENITIES**
The entryway features an additional guest restroom. The utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in the garden (subject to availability).
