Ideal for all nature lovers and early risers (fantastic sunrise right over the Wadden Sea). Extensive hiking or biking tours begin right outside your door. And at high tide, you can also enjoy the sandy beach and go for a swim.

Another highlight is your beautifully secluded, charmingly landscaped garden, which you can enjoy exclusively for yourself along with your sunny south-facing terrace. The scent of the clear, salty air of the Wadden Sea is, of course, included; depending on the season, there’s also a uniquely beautiful fragrance from the blooming Sylt heath in the surrounding idyllic fields.

By the way, the cozy Munkmarsch Harbor is just a stone’s throw away. A 2-room ground-floor apartment in a quiet location very close to the mudflats—all on one level! With approximately 45 m² of living space, it offers two people a very comfortable living experience in one of Munkmarsch’s best locations.

Ground Floor:
A living/dining area flooded with light through large windows, featuring Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a Sonos soundbar. The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and provides everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals. You’ll also have access to a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink (unless you’ve already taken a dip in the neighboring Wadden Sea in the morning :-) )

Separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (approx. 1.6 x 2 m), TV, and plenty of closet space.

You can also look forward to your own secluded garden. Your south-facing terrace lets you enjoy the Sylt sun and the wonderfully clear air while relaxing on garden furniture or in a wind-protected beach chair.
