This exclusive Mühlenweg vacation home, spanning approximately 130 m² across two levels, offers the perfect combination of modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere for up to 6 people (ideal occupancy: 4 adults and 2 children). In a quiet location in Westerland, you’ll enjoy a stylish and comfortable home away from home for your Sylt vacation. Pets are not allowed.

The spacious living room, featuring a sofa, armchairs, a TV, and a gas fireplace, offers the ideal space for relaxing evenings. The dining area is perfect for social gatherings. From here, you have direct access to the lovingly landscaped terrace and the beautiful garden, which are a real highlight, especially in the summer.

The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and other amenities for the perfect cooking experience.

The third bedroom features a double bed (140x200 cm), a small workspace, and direct access to the garden—the ideal retreat to enjoy peace and nature.

Two modern bathrooms designed for maximum comfort. The first bathroom is located upstairs and features a spacious, walk-in shower, natural light, and a hair dryer—perfect for relaxing showers after a day at the beach.
