From the living room, you have direct access to the west-facing terrace and the well-maintained garden. Here, you’ll find high-quality patio furniture that invites you to relax in the afternoon sun. The adjacent dining area is stylishly designed, and the open kitchen offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering.

**COMFORTABLE COOKING**
The open kitchen is modernly equipped and features a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a filter coffee maker. This allows you to prepare your favorite dishes with ease and enjoy them in a relaxed atmosphere.

The master bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed (180x200 cm), a TV, and a spacious closet, and features direct access to the bathroom. Both bathrooms are luxuriously designed: The first bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bidet, while the second bathroom offers a spacious shower.
