Thanks to its location near the beach in Westerland, the apartment is an ideal starting point for relaxing days by the sea. Pets are not allowed.

The stylishly furnished living room features a pull-out sofa bed (140x200 cm), two comfortable armchairs, a TV, and a dining table for 4 people. From here, you have direct access to the furnished west-facing terrace with a beach chair—perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun.

**MODERN OPEN KITCHEN WITH ALL THE AMENITIES**
The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and all the standard amenities, allowing you to comfortably prepare your own meals.

**COZY BEDROOM WITH EAST-FACING TERRACE**
The bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a TV, and a built-in closet. It offers direct access to the second terrace, which faces east and is ideal for outdoor breakfasts.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a window that lets in natural light.
