On the lower floor of the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an adjacent kitchen, a shower room and access to the balcony. The upper floor offers additional sleeping options with a double and a single bed and a second bathroom. In 2006 new tiles were laid on the lower floor and the bathroom was completely renewed. The living room is brightly designed with light furniture and offers a comfortable coach set, which we have renewed. The adjoining kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and stove also includes a seating area for four people. When the weather is nice, however, the seating on the balcony is more suitable for breakfast or dinner. A beach chair is available for undisturbed enjoyment of the sun on the large south-facing balcony. In the double bedroom there is a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second floor of the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2007, is reached via a spiral staircase. In addition to a double and a single bed, there is also a small seating area with a flat screen. Storage space is provided by a cupboard and two dressers. The adjacent bathroom makes the apartment ideal for two couples or a family with children. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a washing facility and a toilet. There is a small storage room next to the bathroom, which can be used for storing your vacation suitcases. The 2. Floor is also completely tiled. A washing possibility is in the basement of the house by a washing machine and a dryer. A cot can be provided on request. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
