House Alice - Block 32/13

The lower floor of the apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with adjoining kitchen, a shower room and access to the balcony. The upper floor offers further sleep possibilities with a double and a single bed as well as a second bathroom.

In the lower floor new tiles were laid in 2006 and the bathroom was completely renewed. The living room is nicely decorated with light furniture and offers a comfortable coach set that we have renewed. The adjoining kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and stove also includes a seating area for four. When the weather is nice, the seating on the balcony is better for breakfast or dinner. A beach chair is available for the undisturbed enjoyment of the sun on the large south-facing balcony. In the bedroom with double bed there is a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The second floor of the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2007, is reached via a spiral staircase. Here are next to a double and a single bed and a small sitting area, with flat screen TV. Storage space is provided by a cupboard and two chests of drawers. The adjoining bathroom makes the apartment ideal for two couples or a family with children. The bathroom has a bath, a laundry and a toilet. In addition to the bathroom is a small storage room, which can be used well for the storage of holiday suitcases. The 2. A laundry facility is located in the basement of the house by a washer and dryer. On request, a cot can be provided.
