The location is perhaps one of the most underrated on the island, so please don’t rave too loudly about “Sylter Liebe” after your vacation—let’s keep this place as tranquil and quintessentially Sylt as it is: Here, on the edge of the expansive meadows, up to six people can retreat and truly unwind, with a beautiful garden, a spacious terrace, your own beach chair, and a house that’s full of charm and equipped not only with a fireplace but with absolutely everything even the most discerning vacationer could desire. There’s even a clothes dryer, a safe, and an iron. Two single beds and two double beds, two bathrooms, and an elegant open kitchen—the vacation home is bright and furnished with great attention to detail; fresh turquoise accents complement the elegant greige and the Nordic wood floors. Sometimes you can still hear a horse neighing in the distance; the dike along the mudflats isn’t far, and the open sea and the “Oase zur Sonne” are less than two kilometers away. Here “in the Meadows” and at “Sylter Liebe,” island vacations are truly something very special—not just for individualists.
