From the hallway on the first floor, you’ll enter the spacious living and dining area. Here you’ll find a cozy couch, a TV, and a large dining table with plenty of room for everyone. On cooler days, a fireplace provides cozy warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. From here, you have access to the garden with a patio. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, wine refrigerator) and offers plenty of space for preparing delicious meals. There is also a guest restroom on this level. The basement (souterrain) features a bedroom with a double bed (box spring) and a TV. On this level, you’ll find the bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub, toilet, and a sauna. Here, you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved break. A staircase leads to the first floor, where the hallway opens onto two additional bedrooms, both equipped with a TV. One bedroom features a double bed (box spring) and the other a single bed (box spring). On this level is the second bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. A staircase leads to the attic of the half of the vacation home, where you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (box spring) and a TV. A parking space is available at the vacation home.

A well-behaved dog is allowed with prior notice (€10 per pet per day).
