Spacious accommodations for up to 4 people, with a balcony and parking space—you’ll want for nothing here. This spacious vacation rental, measuring approximately 70 square meters, offers plenty of room for up to 4 guests. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso capsule machine) and the living area with dining space, TV, storage, and the east-facing balcony, you’ll find a modern sitting area with a spacious sofa bed for 2 people. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is available in the guest restroom. A clothes rack and ironing board are also provided. This apartment has Wi-Fi and now also features Magenta TV for your entertainment. If you’re traveling with a large family: This apartment can be connected to the neighboring apartment, No. 33, via a connecting door. There, you’ll find an additional 5 sleeping spaces, as well as a south-facing balcony with a view of the dunes and the sea. Residents of this apartment have access to a parking space for a compact car in the underground garage (entry height up to 190 cm). The prices listed below are based on occupancy for 2 people. Additional guests are permitted up to a maximum occupancy of 4. For this, we charge an additional €10 per person per day. The neighboring apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (Property No. 179). The apartment is located on the 1st floor, separated from the beach only by a pedestrian/bike path and the dune. Instead of traffic noise, you’ll hear the sound of the sea. Enjoy the spacious living area with a sleeper sofa (160 x 200), a recliner, a large flat-screen TV, and an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Spacious west-facing balcony (2 x 4.3 m) with a beach chair and a direct view of the dunes. Next to it is a separate bedroom with cable TV and an electrically adjustable box-spring bed (180 x 200). Modern shower room/restroom with a rain shower. The apartment is equipped with, for example, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, cable TV, radio, and hair dryer. In the building: washing machine and dryer available for a fee. The apartment has a duplex parking space in the underground garage for small cars (max. height 1.5 m; max. length 5 m; max. weight 2 t). Use is at your own risk.
