Floor plan:
A 3-room apartment located close to the beach yet centrally situated between Westerland and Wenningstedt. With 61 square meters of living space, up to 4 people can enjoy a wonderful, relaxing vacation in the upper and attic floors—designed to a high standard with great attention to detail—featuring premium brands, style, design, and plenty of good taste.

Upper Floor:
As soon as you step into your accommodations, you’ll be immediately captivated: everything has been designed to the highest standards in the RIVIERA MAISON Lounge style. Your home exudes a luxurious beach atmosphere—bright, friendly, airy, and light. Always elegant and stylish. You’ll instantly feel the pure beach atmosphere, especially when your gaze wanders from your west-facing balcony toward the dunes. The beach and the sea are just a stone’s throw away behind the visible dunes, and the sound of the ocean is ever-present.

Your high-quality, fully equipped kitchenette—featuring an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and NESPRESSO machine—is seamlessly integrated into the living area, creating a spacious yet cozy living and dining atmosphere. High-quality furnishings such as the GUNTER LAMBERT chairs, the USM media board, lounge sofa, and coffee table by RIVIERA MAISON, the retro-style BOSCH refrigerator, and details such as your elegant oak floorboards, the antique oak table, and beautiful Sylt scenes by the island’s top photographer, AXEL STEINBACH, on the walls all combine to create a unique, inviting atmosphere.

Also on the upper floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds (each approx. 0.8 x 2 m), which can be converted into a double bed if needed, as well as a spacious, custom-built closet. The adjacent spa-style bathroom, featuring a spacious shower, toilet, DURAVIT double sink, and heated towel rack, is sure to impress.

A flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth iPod dock are, of course, available for your use. A flat-rate phone plan for calls to the German Telekom landline network is included.

Top Floor:
A solid oak staircase leads to the attic area—complete with elegant designer wall sconces. This floor has also been designed for you with great attention to detail and sophistication. You’ll find a custom-made double bed with a high-quality box-spring mattress, as well as an adjacent guest restroom. If you’d like to try lifting your high-quality bedside lamps, you’ll feel just how heavy true quality can be. From your VELUX window, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the dunes. Design enthusiasts will, of course, find plenty to love here as well.
