The Rüm hart vacation rental spans two floors and covers 110 square meters. The open, inviting living area is furnished with two sofas and an armchair, a dining area, and a TV. From here, you have access to the patio with patio furniture (seasonal). The separate kitchen has everything you could need. It is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and a dining table. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and bathtub. A staircase leads down to the basement, where there are two bedrooms. One bedroom sleeps 3 (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and features a TV and a closet, while the other bedroom sleeps 2 (1 double bed) and has a closet. On this level, there is a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. For longer stays or as needed, you can use the shared washing machine and dryer. The apartment includes a parking space.

Pets are allowed upon prior notice and for a fee (€15 per pet per night).

The vacation rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner program, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use them to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
