The Kompass building is located on the upper part of Friedrichstraße, right on the beach and in the heart of Westerland.
The beach access to Westerland’s main beach is about 100 meters away.
The building features these modern and comfortably furnished vacation apartments for 1 to 2 people.

The Kompass apartment is located on the second floor of the building at Friedrichstraße 40 and is accessible by elevator.
The apartment has been recently renovated and is furnished in a modern and stylish manner.

The living room features a comfortable double bed, as well as a dining area by the window with chairs and two comfortable armchairs.
A large smart TV and a small radio provide entertainment.
Limited free internet access is available.
The balcony, which offers a small view of the sea, is furnished with a table and chairs.

The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove, a microwave with a grill function, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a range hood.
A Nespresso machine, a French press, a toaster, and a vacuum cleaner are also provided.

There is a coat rack in the hallway. From here, you can access the modern shower room.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
