Located directly behind the dune ridge in a residential area that’s hard to beat (50 meters to the beach access, 100 meters to Friedrichstraße), a cozy and comfortable space of approximately 55 m² awaits you, combined with every conceivable luxury. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, separated from the beach only by a footpath/bike path and the dune. Instead of traffic noise, you’ll hear the sound of the sea. Enjoy the spacious living area with a sleeper sofa (160 x 200), a recliner, a large flat-screen TV, and an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Spacious west-facing balcony (2 x 4.3 m) with a beach chair and a direct view of the dunes. Adjacent to it is a separate bedroom with cable TV and an electrically adjustable box-spring bed (180 x 200). Modern shower room/toilet with a rain shower. The apartment is equipped with, for example, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, cable TV, radio, and hair dryer. In the building: washing machine and dryer available for a fee.
