We warmly welcome you to our 2.5-room Strand-Residenz vacation apartment at Strandvilla, Schützenstraße 4, in Westerland. The vacation apartment, measuring approximately 69 square meters, spans two levels (first floor and basement) and features a terrace.

The bright ground-floor apartment is ideal for 2–3 people and features a separate kitchen with a dining table set for 4, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven. From the hallway, you can access the shower room and, down to the basement, the bedroom with a flat-screen TV and built-in closets. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player. From the living room, you have access to the sunny terrace, where a beach chair, table, and chairs are provided for your use.

The basement of the building houses a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. The sauna located there is available for shared use. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building.



The “Strandbrise” apartment, centrally located in Westerland within the Strandvilla apartment building, offers ideal accommodations for your stay. Its convenient location allows you to reach the surf beach and Friedrichstraße in just a few minutes’ walk.

The duplex apartment spans approximately 49 square meters and features a comfortable bathroom with a shower. The living area is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable sofa bed for children, as well as a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a stereo system. A dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette round out the living space. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven, a double ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The apartment’s south-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the sun. A table and chairs are provided there for you to spend cozy hours outdoors (depending on the season).
