Fully designed by “Homestaging Sylt.” A bright living/dining room with a high-quality brand-name kitchen (dishwasher, stove, microwave, freezer compartment, and coffee maker) and an adjoining sunny balcony. Also on this level is a bedroom with a box-spring bed, a hallway, and a brand-new bathroom with shower, toilet, and floor heating. The attic has been converted and offers an additional bedroom with two single beds. The ambiance is complemented by high-quality custom woodwork in both bedrooms and the bathroom. The living room and both bedrooms each feature a Smart TV (2 x Samsung Frame). Wi-Fi is, of course, available. Pets are not allowed in the vacation rental. This is a non-smoking apartment. A free parking space is included with the vacation rental. A bike rack is available for the entire residential complex in front of the building. The building has a washing machine and dryer available for a fee in a shared basement.
The apartment has a separate entrance with a staircase leading up to the unit.
