The vacation home spans two levels (approx. 58 square meters, first floor, upper floor) and offers plenty of space for up to two adults and one baby up to 3 years old to enjoy a relaxing getaway. On the first floor, there is a guest restroom and an open-concept kitchen area with high-quality built-in appliances, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and oven. Adjacent to this is the living and dining area with a flat-screen TV and sound system, offering direct access to the patio and garden. The south-facing sun terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture and a beach chair (seasonal), invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the cozy bedroom, naturally featuring a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), high-quality built-in furniture, and a flat-screen TV. On this level, there is a modern bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower and a washing machine. A parking space is available at the vacation home. The great location combines peace and privacy while still being wonderfully central. Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
