Welcome to the Art your Life – Residenz Seeburg—a unique retreat in the heart of Westerland on Sylt that combines art, design, and modern comfort in a harmonious atmosphere. The residence offers eleven exclusive vacation apartments, all on one level, ranging in size from 35 m² to 101 m² and accommodating 2 to 4 guests. Each apartment is dedicated to a specific artist in collaboration with the renowned Mensing Art Gallery and captivates with its unique retro style, complemented by exquisite furnishings from France, Belgium, and England. The apartments exude a warm and inviting atmosphere, welcoming art lovers, couples, and dog lovers alike to apartments 1 through 4.

Located right in the Friedrichstraße pedestrian zone, you’ll benefit from the proximity to numerous shops and restaurants, and the beach is just about 150 meters away. After an eventful day, the shared wellness area with a sauna offers a place for relaxation and well-being, while a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer ensures additional comfort.
