The exclusive 2-room vacation apartment “Luigi,” measuring approximately 53 m² on one level (1st floor, elevator available), accommodates up to 2 guests and boasts a central location just 150 meters from the beach. It is located in the modern renovation of the historic “Seeburg” Hotel on Westerland’s spa promenade, which was redesigned in collaboration with the renowned Mensing Art Gallery. Each of the eleven apartments is dedicated to an artist and features a unique design with a charming retro look, furnished with high-quality pieces from France, Belgium, and England. Dogs are welcome.

The open-concept living and dining area is stylishly and comfortably furnished and features an inviting corner sofa, an armchair, and a TV. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony, which offers a small view of the sea and invites you to spend relaxing hours breathing in the fresh North Sea air.

The open kitchen blends harmoniously into the living area and is equipped with modern conveniences, making it ideal for preparing meals. The adjacent dining table seats four and is perfect for cozy meals and relaxing evenings.

The bedroom is tastefully designed and features a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a spacious built-in closet, and a TV—it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.
